Customer reviews

We both really enjoyed the whole experience of being in Sweden, appreciating the very friendly and welcoming response of all those we met and enjoying the countryside we passed through. The travel documents were good and arrived in good time and we enjoyed the routes we followed. The rental bikes were good though my wife found the electric bike she had rather heavy - I guess this will improve in time with their development and that of their batteries. My bike was very comfortable, easy to ride and safe. The transport of our luggage en route was fine. We enjoyed each of the hotels we stayed at and each had their own delights. We especially enjoyed the peace and tranquillity at the Hotel Fagelbrohus. The Grand Hotel had a distinctly fin de siecle atmosphere. The most abiding memory of the holiday was the friendliness of the people we met along the way, whether that were the people we chatted to on the next table in a restaurant or those we needed to ask for help along the way. We only wish that visitors to this country could say the same about us but in these troubled times in the UK I doubt that is the case.
